We do not process orders on weekends or holidays, and orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. After processing, your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete, including any apartment or unit numbers, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional fees.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery times varying based on your location. Typical delivery timelines are as follows (from the date of shipment):

  • Europe: 8-18 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active on the carrier’s website, so please allow time for updates to appear.

Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Autrixas has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. If you refuse delivery due to unpaid customs charges, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees, and a restocking fee of 15% of the order total.
